In connection with the company's expansion, a vacancy is open for the Publisher Compliance Specialist position.

Responsibilities:

Publisher Review and Assessment:
  • Conduct assessments of publishers to ensure compliance with the company’s internal standards and legal requirements;
  • Analyze publisher activities to identify connections with undesirable resources such as hacker websites or malicious software sites;
  • Maintain a database of approved and rejected publishers.
Rule Compliance Monitoring:
  • Ensure publishers’ actions align with the company’s policies;
  • Monitor and prevent violations related to the publication of prohibited content or the use of questionable traffic sources;
  • Develop and implement procedures to enhance transparency in publisher interactions.
Communication with Publishers:
  • Notify publishers about identified violations and assist in their resolution;
  • Provide training and consultations for partners on compliance-related issues;
  • Foster long-term relationships with compliant publishers;
Reporting and Analytics:
  • Prepare reports on publisher activities, identified risks, and measures taken;
  • Analyze the effectiveness of implemented compliance procedures;
  • Contribute to the development of new standards and recommendations for working with publishers.
Collaboration with Other Departments:
  • Coordinate with legal, information security, and marketing teams to address disputes and compliance challenges;
  • Participate in joint projects to enhance safety and transparency in partner interactions.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in compliance, risk analysis, or auditing;
  • Understanding of publisher networks and advertising platforms;
  • Knowledge of regulations related to digital safety and data usage (e.g., GDPR, CCPA);
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large data sets;
  • Attention to detail and the ability to identify inconsistencies;
  • Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
